But according to Congressman Paul Kanjorski, Hillary Clinton, the candidate of Experience, knows all about this Sugar Notch: “I can assure you one thing… When Hillary Clinton becomes president of the United States, I’m not going to have to tell her where Wilkes-Barre is, or where Scranton is.
