Harry Reid decided that Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer did a better job with this whole “symbollically opposing the President” thing than the Senate could manage, so he’s scrapping their non-binding resolution for the House’s. The House, of course, won’t be voting until Friday at midnight. So the Senate will vote on whether to vote on the House’s bill on Saturday.
