Rudy’s campaign has confirmed that IT’S OVER. He will quit and endorse John McCain tomorrow. Nothing about their “deal,” but what kind of “deal” could they have made? Will John McCain make Rudy secretary of the new Department of Bombs with the Cookie Monster as his second-in-command?

MSNBC has just called it for THE GREAT HILLARY CLINTON who has 39% over THE HOWARD DEAN GUY’S 36%. That’s with 66% reporting. CNN refuses to project it, at this very moment, but CNN and the Associated Press say, officially, Yay Hill! Some college towns haven’t sent in their ballots yet, because they’re all high.
