Thursday night, a bunch of local Obama groups got together at Bailey’s in Ballston to watch the Iowa caucus results and someone, foolishly, invited us. Why did we go? Frankly, we thought there’d be an open bar. Why did we stay? Well, suddenly Obama was winning and, um, there were cute boys and then I ended up having a really interesting conversation with a lovely woman about how Obama’s camp is using the internet to connect with a respond to supporters that I’ve since forgotten but which actually went beyond this article I’d already read. Intrepid Girl Reporter Liz Gorman joined the party, though, and her pictures are after the jump.
