The big news from yesterday is that Ari Fleischer revealed that Libby told him all about Valerie Plame days before Libby claims to have heard it first from Tim Russert. The State Department posted this transcript of Condi Rice meeting with the NYT editorial board. They talk about whatever — leaks, spies, torture, death, etc. — and then there’s this curious bit:
