Leeland Eisenberg, who Friday took several of Hillary Clinton staff hostage at her Rochester, NH campaign office, was formally charged today and faces a potential 42-year jail sentence. The charges include kidnapping, threatening and possessing a bomb-like device. He’s being held on a $500,000 bail.
