MSNBC has just called it for THE GREAT HILLARY CLINTON who has 39% over THE HOWARD DEAN GUY’S 36%. That’s with 66% reporting. CNN refuses to project it, at this very moment, but CNN and the Associated Press say, officially, Yay Hill! Some college towns haven’t sent in their ballots yet, because they’re all high. UPDATE AGAIN: Obama concedes New Hampshire. He is going to feel D-U-M-B if he ends up winning. MORE »
