Since its launch, a number of you have written us about the blog being written by staffers of Rep. Jack Kingston (R-GA). Now is a good time for us to mention it: they’re liveblogging from inside the bullet-ridden precincts of Falluja Compton Rayburn. Good stuff!Here is their post, including Capitol Police emails. It has some original information: the “shaken up” staffer was from Kingston’s office, and as of 1:46 PM, she “has been released from the hospital and is heading home.”

To the Kingston staffers: Do you guys have bathrooms inside your office?

Update: Fear not for the Kingston staff’s bladders: “[A]ll Member offices have a restroom. And we also have Georgia Peanuts, Vidalia Onions, and Coca-Cola’s in case we’re here all night.”

Further update: “[S]ome offices [have bathrooms], some don’t. We do.”
