The helmeted guy is Wilfrid Brimley, hired by McCrazy's staff to play a general of undetermined nationality.

There entire thing was done in a back lot at Studio City.

Why didn't they have a photo op of nearby civilians, without any flak jackets or protection of any kind?

Speaking of Disneyland's innovation, as the arrow reads if you hold it on the picture, I always thought that Disneyland would be the first place to create a weather altering device, but it possibly is the Chinese for Olympics 2008. Atleast children have fun at Disneyland, however ...

In all fairness, every time I go to the local market, I wear a flack jacket and have 100 soldiers and snipers secure the location first.

That being said, why are we relying on American soldiers? Aren't we supposedly training the Iraqi's to secure their own nation?
