My god, humane treatment of prisoners in Texas? Maybe the world is coming to an end soon.
THIS. Omigod, all of a sudden, now we're supposed to be treating our prisoners in accordance with extant medical standards and practices as laid out by every professional organization in the cuntry? Why, next you'll be arguing that we should be granting clemency for prisoners in light of exculpatory evidence, instead of ignoring that shit and executing them anyway.
I don't believe anyone in Texas (outside of the UT campus, at least) knows what exculpatory means. W thought it had something to do with how he got into Skull & Bones.
Next thing, you'll try to convince us that the mentally challenged can no longer go into the Express Aisle of Death Row.
The thinking probably goes something like this: prisoners are going to pound each other in the ass, and there's nothing you can do about it. Prison is a homo breeding ground, and the best homo recruiting tool there is, even better than having Northeastern, liberal homos teaching your kids' Social Studies classes. But if we give some of the prisoners lady-hormones, and they grow tits, then it's only half-homo when they spread their cheeks for their cell mate or hump some other prisoner in the shower. So you can eaither have full-on homo on homo action, or you can have half-homo tranny action, which isn't as bad beacuse it's not as gay. Ergo: lady-hormones for half the prison population.
It's okay — if a good Republican like Rick Perry is doing this, there must be perfectly legitimate reasons — like the shortage of Afghan boys in Texas, for instance.
It would be cruel and unusual punishment…to make me watch that news report.

Summary execution would save a heckuva lot of fuss and bother, but the problem is death is too good for 'em. Maybe we could do something like take incarcerated trannies having their hormones withheld and force them to record "It Gets Better" videos in order to convince the other tranny illegals streaming here in droves that they don't need to worry about the constant threats and beatings back home. This strikes me as a win-win, what with the prison guards getting some action in the process.

My favorite type of local news story: Pose that proposition as a question — are illegal Mexican immigrants being given sex-change drugs at taxpayer expense? — during the commercials to tease the story and then, when the story runs, the answer is, well, no, not really.
