Kill the blacks! Kill the blacks! For 25 horrifying minutes, CNN has been broadcasting awful old white people yelling at another awful old white person (Arlen Specter) about the African who is going to (hopefully) euthanize all the awful old white people, and how the white American god will soon “stand before” Specter and other senators and representatives, and kill them.

Much yelling, much obesity, and oh how this country needs a good old fashioned The Stand-style plague of death (for awful old white people). Now the commercials (for awful old white people drugs, paid for by their Socialized Medicare) are over and the awful old white people are yelling at Arlen Specter again. [WGAL/TPM]

You know, I always thought that the youth were the most easily manipulated by corporate interest, what with all their MTV watching and chronic insecurity. I see now that all you need to pull a fast one on awful old white people is Pat Boone, a PHRMA front-group and racism. This definitely beats the time Reagan fooled kids into thinking that conforming was the REAL rebellion.

memzilla August 11, 2009 at 10:33 am

Who else thinks that Obama should call bulls*** on this whole health care astroturfing, and call it for what it is: white racists who hate that there’s a Black Man in the White House, who hate that the USA is becoming a white-minority country, and can only vent their anger through these teabagginations?

IOW, just the latest mutation of Lee Atwater / Karl Rove’s Southern Strategy.

Well, I just clicked over to the article, wanting to know what I am talking about before commenting, because I’m in that kind of a mood today, and, in the words of Gertrude Stein, I think, there wasn’t anything there.
Some old guy yelled at Arlen Specter. It didn’t say what he was yelling at Arlen Specter about. Although I suspect it was some senile old git who is opposed to health care, because that’s who’s doing most of the yelling nowadays since they really don’t have the birth certificate issue any more, the article doesn’t specify that, and I am 100% in favor of Arlen Specter just getting randomly yelled at for being a nasty, old, miserable, corrupt piece of shit.

Come here a minute August 11, 2009 at 10:36 am

Arlen Specter wouldn’t have a chance if his cancer had to be treated with insurance provided by the gummint.

Ken Layne August 11, 2009 at 10:36 am

To be fair to the Old People, I know plenty of old people and not a single one of them a) Voted for Ron Paul, b) Go to “town hall meetings” to yell about how negroes will send everyone to Russia.

honkyman August 11, 2009 at 10:37 am

The GOOD news is that Arlen will finally be able to sit down in peace and eat his just dessert — maybe lime jello pudding, or a Scotch or two. Certainly hope he enjoys it, after all the hysterical chubby people.

I like how they all started off with “I’m not a lobbyist, un-american, no one put me up to this…”

Also, big reference is page 59 of HR 3200…which according to these clowns authorizes the govies to get access to your bank account in order to blow the money on hookers and blow.

Actually it authorizes the gov’t to do Direct Deposit (ETF)…

Perhaps one can take a different view on this horrible sequence of events.

Maybe this is a way for all to see just what racism really looks like: how pathetically fearful and angry and defensive and selfish and infantile and evil and ugly and stupid it really is.

Perhaps these town meetings could be called “Racism: Snapshots of America.”

Nevertheless, he should undoubtedly and with haste be converted to old people nutritional supplement, so at least his final act will be selfless.

Have you noticed that, though Specter continues to tell them they need to ask questions not make statements, all he gets from the Obama-haters is statement after uninformed statement. They don’t come to learn anything about plans to improve their health care, they come to lecture people and feel important for once in their ignorant, joyless lives.
