If not for the anti-semitism, this could be Pat's year. His tragedy was to be too far ahead of the fascist-revival curve. If not for the anti-semitism, he'd be unanimously acclaimed the Republican candidate, based on his racism, sexism, pugnacity, and xenophobic isolationism. He is, unfortunately, too much a traditional nazi, instead of one of these kinder, gentler fascists like Rudy, so he had to go with Hitler's bugaboo, the Jews, when it came to the all-important enemy we must unite against. So of course the jew-controlled media destroyed him for it. What a tragedy, what a waste, just think of what could have been.

Loved watching tweety bird Matthews take it on the chin for his NH call... It was so much easier back in "the day" when the Internet wasn't even born yet and cable news wasn't as rabid so you could get a candidate's message out and have the voters form their own opinion. Now it's all about making the predictions, polling and handicapping... but I guess Chris and Pat still need a job so why not watch?

I've said it before and I'll say it again:

Buchanan is the fucking bomb.

Yeah, Buchanan is a neanderthal; but he's probably right that this will come down to McCain and Romney. McCain is the only one of them who knows anything about foreign affairs, but his close alliance with Bush will hurt him. And Romney, while not very bright and very much a waffler, is at least not visibly off his rocker like Rudy and Huckabee are.

The talking heads are doing what they do, nothing more nothing less. Matthews and Buchannan are both bat-shit crazy. Period. I must say though, almost every candidate so far has at least shown the ability to carry on a solid conversation without saying something retarded. That's more than I can say for our current Commander in Chief.
