Former Congressman John Sweeney of (upstate) New York is a giver. As in, he likes to give his wife the pimp hand, when he’s drunk, and he likes to give the people of Washington County some “quiet” time without electricity. He also likes to give the New York State Police something to do by arresting his dumb ass again, and he likes to give us something to mock.

So, McSlappy got arrested on Sunday morning (known to us young people as “Saturday night”) drunk off his ass in a 2004 BMW with a 23 year old girl in the passenger seat. On the other hand, he is divorced now so that’s not as big a deal except for the whole “what 23 year old girl who isn’t paid would fuck a wife-beating ex Congressman” thingie. His lawyer wants us all the know that he doesn’t have a drinking problem, and the local paper wants us to remember that GWB used to call him Congressman Kick-Ass until he got caught kicking his wife’s ass.
