Another day, another dollar, another sick fuck that managed to get through a significant portion of his life without being identified by the po-po as the twisted predator he is AND be elected to public office. Though, in defense of his constituents, it was in South Dakota and maybe there just weren’t enough other options? Yeah, I doubt that, too. But, join us after the jump for what may be the most twisted, idiotic, over-planned long-term scheme to sexually abuse young women (yes, boys, this one’s hetero).

Ted Klaudt was a seemingly upstanding (if not rotund) member of his community, a married farmer with a wife and 1 biological child who also liked to help out in his community by taking in foster kids, usually teenage girls, and by serving as a Republican in the South Dakota legislature. In what might be considered less helpful to the community, he also allegedly liked to molest said foster daughters. His method? Even though he wasn’t a doctor and they lived at his house (so, presumably they knew that), he convinced them that they could make tons of money selling their eggs to fertility clinics and that he had to be the one to perform the exams.

So, he lugged around a speculum and other tools, fondled their breasts and performed fake vaginal exams on teenage girls in his hotel room in Pierre when the legislature was in session and at his house at other times — all under the guise of making sure their eggs were viable (which, I’m no doctor, but I’m damn sure my titties don’t have anything to do with my ovaries). He even set up a fake email account and a fake egg donation person to help persuade his foster daughters and their friends to let him perform further “exams” as to their viability.

His defense? That the women were over 16 (the legal age of consent in South Dakota) and they consented to the examinations. The jury didn’t buy that shit either, taking a mere 3 hours to convict his pervy ass on the 4 rape charges pending in Pierre. Now he goes back home to Corson County to face more charges, and then it’s off to prison where I have no doubt that someone will find a reason to check his “viability,” too.

Also, he carried a speculum in his briefcase?? What happened to good, old-fashioned porn?
