Remember that confusing thing we posted yesterday about some Senate ethics bill that maybe would’ve turned regular political bloggers into some sort of “register or go to prison” lobbyists? Well, we are free at last, thank god thank god.The troublesome Section 220 got tossed before S.1 was passed. How did our new Democratic Majority protect our precious freedoms? Not so good! All but six Dems voted to keep 220 in the ethics bill, but those six were enough to get rid of it.
