The National Beer Wholesalers Association delivered a bottle of Blue Moon beer to each senator to make the point that the chance for repeal comes about only once in a blue moon.
Nothing like sending out booze to our lawmakers before important votes to inspire confidence in the democratic process.
(The House, of course, had to settle for a keg of Bud Ice. And committee chairs made everyone else pay for cups.)
