It’s gonna be a helluvalotta fun — we’re glued to C-Span, obvs, and you should be too!The increasingly media whorish half of Wonkette will be appearing on The Young Turks at 11 to comment on the hearings — it’ll be like “liveblogging” but “with talking” and not constant refreshing and typing in all capital letters.
And dude — it’s already funny! We just heard the best defense ever: Bush didn’t break the law, Congress broke the law by drafting FISA. And we are getting some totally sweet Founding Father references — it was a totally bipartisan Federalist/Democratic-Republican agreement that George Washington could tap your phone without a warrant from a FISA court.
